Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we do accept custom orders depending on our current workload. Feel free to reach out and inquire about a personalized piece.

How long does shipping take?

The overall timeline includes the creation of the artwork, optional framing, and shipping. Each painting is fully hand-painted using oil paints, which require time to properly dry and cure before they can be safely packaged and transported. This process usually takes one to two weeks.

If you’ve ordered a framed piece, please allow a few additional days for professional framing. Once the artwork is ready, we ship via UPS or DHL. Delivery times depend on your location and typically range from a few days to a couple of weeks.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Etsy policy.
Please note that we accept returns only and do not offer exchanges.

To request a return, please contact us first. All detailed information regarding returns is outlined in our shop policies, and we will guide you through the process.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this 24-hour period, the artist begins the creative process, including preparing materials and starting the artwork. Once production has started, order cancellations are no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within the 24-hour cancellation window.

What types of artworks do you offer?

Our shop offers two categories of artworks:

• Ready-to-ship originals — one-of-a-kind, completed artworks that are available exactly as shown. These pieces are exclusive and exist as a single original.

• Recreated by the artist artworks — selected artworks that were previously sold and, by request, can be recreated by the artist. These pieces are hand-painted again based on the original work and can be customized by size and framing option (framed or unframed), according to the buyer’s preference.

Each made-to-order artwork is individually created and may have slight variations, preserving the uniqueness of hand-painted art.

How should I care for the paintings?

To keep your artwork in excellent condition, please avoid hanging it in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity, such as bathrooms or near heat sources. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture may affect the colors and surface over time.
If cleaning is needed, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, chemicals, or cleaning sprays.
