Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Custom and personalized orders
I use oil paint (and not acrylic). Oil needs time to get dry in fresh air as the paint is oil based (as opposed to acrylic that is based on water). Also I use thick layers of paint in my painting (impasto style) so it need more time.

This may be one of my fave paintings on my wall! I love it and it reminds me of myself with 1 of any 3 of my babes which is why it spoke to me. I love it so much and the quality is incredible! Came in a great amount of time considering I am in the US and was packaged great with no issues. Thank you!

Love the art. The shipping was amazingly fast. It is a beautiful painting for my living room! Only downside is when it arrived, the portrait was still a bit wet. Like I got paint on my fingers. The art was not damaged because it’s full of beautiful texture anyway.
