Once it's on its way, I'll send you the tracking information so you can follow its journey. On average, it takes about 14-20 days for packages to reach the USA, Europe, and Australia from Turkey.     Frequently Asked Questions

    Custom and personalized orders

    I use oil paint (and not acrylic). Oil needs time to get dry in fresh air as the paint is oil based (as opposed to acrylic that is based on water). Also I use thick layers of paint in my painting (impasto style) so it need more time.

    The painting is adorable, the purchasing options were confusing (I thought I was getting one green, one gold) and was wrong - so double check your order.

    I’m so grateful it was wrapped in waterproof packaging since it rained before I was able to collect the package. They are even more stunning in person. Thank you.😊
