Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Custom and personalized orders
I use oil paint (and not acrylic). Oil needs time to get dry in fresh air as the paint is oil based (as opposed to acrylic that is based on water). Also I use thick layers of paint in my painting (impasto style) so it need more time.

I cannot say enough about this piece and how much we adore it. This is so beautiful in person and was a pretty fast process given that they are hand painted. We love this and cannot wait to show it off to everyone!
